Getting into the groove of things
Pulled lamb bobotie pot stickers in a lamb broth with a coriander green oil.
Vegetarian alternative: shiitake mushrooms, baby marrows, glass noodles and smoked tofu pot stickers with a wild mushroom broth and green oil
Bao down to all things pink
Charcoal bao buns with pickled beetroot, oxtail, watercress, green apple and smokey Japanese mayo.
Vegetarian alternative: king oyster steak bao bun
Family style
Hangar steak with an African chimmi churri, loaded sweet potato truffle fries, sweet corn fritters and a Californian pecan, radish, cucumber and whipped yoghurt salad.
Vegetarian Alternative: replace hangar steak with sweet potatoes steak with roasted peppers, pine nuts and garlic tahini dressing
